Depends on your cost per lead and how many leads you can actually close. As a starting floor, $1,500–$3,000/month in ad spend is enough to get meaningful data in most home service markets. We'd rather start smaller and scale with results than blow a big budget before the account is tuned.
Both, separately. Google charges you for clicks directly on your credit card — that money is never touched by us. Our management fee is a separate monthly amount for the strategy, setup, and ongoing optimization work.
Clicks start day one. First conversions usually within a week. Stable, predictable cost per lead usually takes 30–60 days of optimization — because the account needs enough conversion data for Google's algorithm (and ours) to learn from.
Google Ads (pay-per-click) charges every time someone clicks your ad. Local Services Ads (pay-per-lead) charge only when someone calls or messages. LSA sits above everything else on Google and is excellent for home services — we typically run both in parallel for maximum coverage.

Month-to-month, always. We keep you by getting you results, not by legal threat. The only exception is if we custom-build landing pages and a tracking stack — we ask for 60 days so we have time to justify the setup work.
We'll work with what you have if it converts. If your site is slow, confusing, or unfriendly on mobile, we'll build dedicated landing pages for the ads (much cheaper than a full site rebuild). If the whole site is the problem, our web design service solves that permanently.
